SALON ETIQUETTE

Your time is precious and so is ours.  So please read through our salon etiquette prior to booking.  Once booked, you are agreeing to our salon policy.

ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM

Our online system will only show treatment availability if there is enough time free.  If we are full booked on a particular day that you are after, please contact us directly and we will do our best to fit you in or place you on a cancellation list.

MAKING YOUR ONLINE BOOKING

Just like everyone else, our time is precious, and we have no time for time wasters.  Due to a growing number of 'no shows' and clients being non responsive when not turning up for their appointment, we now require a 50% deposit on ALL services and payment of deposit will be required at time of booking which will be processed through our online booking system. Our online booking system does send out reminders to remind you of your appointment.  Please see cancelation/changing of appointment policy below. Because we are a small business, we have had to put in a new covid policy in place.

CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

All clients are sent an SMS/EMAIL at the time of their booking which will include the details of your appointment and address of the salon. A reminder sms/email will be sent the day prior to your appointment.  Please note the SMS feature will not allow you to respond, therefore if you need to change your appointment time you can log back on to our online booking system to change it, or if  you have any further queries you can contact the salon directly.

APPOINTMENT TIME/ ARRIVAL:

We prefer that all clients arrive ON TIME for their appointment.  Not early, not late.  If you are more then 5 minutes early, please do not enter the salon until 1-2 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we may deem it necessary to reschedule your appointment as this will impact the timing of your appointment and for our following scheduled appointments. This may also incur a 50% cancellation fee depending on circumstances.

If you are pressed for time, you are encouraged to notify us and we will do their best to accommodate your circumstance.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT OR CHANGES REQUIRED TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:

We ask that cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your appointment. We want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to use our services. In this regard, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling of appointments. No-shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If you are wanting to re-book after not showing/cancelling earlier then 24 hours, you will be required to pre pay for your next appoint. 

This also applies to drastic appointment changes on the service you are booked in for – so, if you are booked in for a long service and you change your mind and don’t want it done any more, you must let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

HAIR + MAKEUP BOOKING TERMS

Hair + makeup bookings are paid 100% in advance. Please note hair and makeup bookings are non-refundable. These funds may be transferable within a reasonable time frame to another time/service but are not able to be refunded.

REBOOKING

We recommend all clients rebook their appointments in order to secure the most convenient time/day for them.

CONDITIONS FOR GIFT VOUCHERS

All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months, please endeavour to use it in this time. If it is pre-arranged that you need to extend it we will do so for another 2 months, however the voucher will need to be used from 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday and not on our late nights or Saturday.

Please be aware if you book in for a treatment to use your Gift Voucher and you don’t show or give us less than 24 hours notice to cancel, the voucher does become void.

MOBLIE PHONES

We kindly ask that you reframe from using your mobile phone during your appointment and turn your mobile phone to silent whilst in salon.

CHILDREN

While we love children, we ask that in consideration to our other clients, you do not bring children to your appointment.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING METHODS

Whilst we can be contacted via email and a number of social media platforms, we prefer all clients to use our Online Booking System via our website. This ensures that the correct booking is made for you also you will receive a confirmation SMS with appointment time. If you need to change a booking that you’ve made please log back into the online booking system and do so.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for all services can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard and AMEX is accepted.
